Can anyone please help. Just had walls plastered and come to fit new architrave and I have 2 doors where architrave are different heights, how can I fix this?

Thanks for your response old salt. We've bought the architrave and didn't realise that the old that was taken off wasn't same height, and it now looks similar to the picture which I've found on Internet so I'm wondering how/if I can get around this without having to rip all frames off and purchasing new doors etc.
You could get a woodwork shop to plane down the back to reduce the height.
