After the washer cycle I find many big residues on the dish, and the sprayer arms holes are choking. The filter is good. If I clean the sprayer arms, these will be choking again after the next washer cycle. What is happens?

If you look closely at this white flakey stuff, you will probably find that it is like calcium. I don't know where you are in Canada, but I'll bet that you have to use more shampoo than you feel that you you should need to. You've got really hard water and not only is it causing problems in your dishwasher but your other appliances that use water. Your hot water tank will probably be half full of this scale. Get it flushed or find out how to do it yourself. It sounds like you need to invest in a water softener. The cost of the softener will probably be recovered quickly as you won't have to replace everything else. Get your water tested and check it out. Even your morning coffee will taste better----I've been there.
