I have a 10 year old Wrighton candy dishwasher. My problem is that the top spray arm will not rotate consequently I cannot use the top basket. I have had 2 different repair men in but neither was able to come up with a solution. I have had the whole upper spray arm unit replaced and there is water coming out of the jets. Any ideas would be most welcome

if it spins freely it would indicate lack of pressure

filter partialy blocked, pipe to spray arm blocked.
