Domestic Hot water Problem

I have a combi boiler . It used to work fine a weeks ago, both central heating and domestoic hot water. Now the central heating is ok. The hot water system is not working properly. only it works when I open the tap fully to the maximum ,then only the boiler gets started fire. The boiler is not getting started fire when open the tap little. please advise me to slove this problem

is the system pressure at 1 bar

is the red lockout light (first left) coming on

surely its a classic hw diaphragm fault?

now when the central heating on the hot water system is working . when the central heating is off - hot water system works only open the tap to the maximum if it is a classic hw diaphragm fault. Is that the diverted valve or the whole pannel
