Dripping bath mixer tap

I have a dripping mixer tap in the bath. It drips irrespective of whether the bath-shower "lever" is turned towards "bath" or "shower".

I cannot tell if the problem is with the hot or the cold tap.

In such a device, where can i locate washers.... In each of the hot & cold taps? In the central pillar?

Also which washer(s) are likely to need replacing in this instance?
