Damp outdoor wall

Hey all just looking for any help / advice!

The corner of the outdoor wall below is wet and causing the corner on the opposite side of the wall on the inside of the house to become wet too!

Any advice on how I could dry and outdoor wall at all ?

What is the source of the water?

Not sure however guttering was changed shortly before we moved in

Find the source and stop it there. Large amount of water isn't supposed to flow down the wall. Limited amount from sideways rain is OK. Excessive water will damage the wall.
