Dry Wall Nail Pops

Hi our walls have dry nail pops but also look like the walks were skimmed very thinly. One wall even looks like it has a slight bend in it. Would a plasterer sort all this out?
 
Screw by the side of popped nail. Fill. Paint.
Use 32mm drywall screws.
