Electic underfloor heating

I have a conservatory appox 6m x 3.5m. I am going to install underfloor heating. The conservartory has a separate ring main. I will be installing about 2Kw matting system. I was going to install this as a spur off the ring main, with a themostatic controller.

Any issues?

It has a concrete base, I was thinking of installing a self levelling Screed/ concrete base, or installing the thermo board. Has any body seen any benefits of thermo board?
 
Yes. It stops a lot of the heat disappearing into the base...
