Electric (230v) Wall Chasers

I am considering purchasing an electric (230v) wall chaser, just wanted to know what everyone's opinion is of them? Are they fit for purpose?

I bought one on eBay not so very long ago. Works for me.

230v restricts to "OFF site use" and they must make a hell of a mess.if you find one cheap enough, any tool is worth having I`m looking for a proper 90 degree drill, by the way.

At the risk of getting slapped for dragging this back

The one I bought allows you to attach a vacuum cleaner to the back while in use. You only opt not to do so once especially if you were 'just trying it out' and didn't wear a mask.

There is a lower cost alternative for the intermittent user with a rotation stop hammer drill, the Armeg Chanelling Chisel. I have a couple of these as well as the box sinker and they work well. Next on my list is the dust extractor followed by the skirting chisel.
