Electric boiler problem

Hi boiler only works on hot water or heating when it's set on the programmer seperatley not when left on together, it just heats the water and not the central heating?

Standard with W Plan, without more info can't help.

It's on a y plan, with cylinder stat

most electric boilers are thermal stores , are you sure its a Y plan ? would be very unusual , never seen one

It has 3 port valve it's an Aztec trianco

the fault is with your external controls and not the Aztec, it is simple a source of heat it doesnt control HW or CH control
