eves tray falls negative

i laying my new roof out i have facia,,,, on top i have the eves vent ,, then the eves tray,,, my tiles are redland regents 15 degree ,,,,, when i lift my facia to level the first tile .it levels perfect with the 2nd tile ,,,,, but the eves tray as a small fall back into roof ,,,,,, is this normal is there any thing ive missed ?????? i can not see a solution ive lifted the back of the tray up but its still slightly out,,,, only lowering the facia seems to be the answer but this puts the tiles out any ideas

now solved it droped the facia and got it level,,,, perhaps i was trying be be working to millimeters may be me looking to deep into the problem
