Exhaust Gaskets

Hi, I have a Honda Acccord areodeck 2.2 1994. I need to replace the two circular gaskets between twin exhaust pipes and manifold. Is this a specialist tool or can they be removed with say a punch and hammer, they appear to be sitting in a groove. Any advice would help. Thanks.

If they're so bad that you need to replace them, they'll probably fall into your hands. If not just prise them off.
