External window sill damaged

Hi is it possible to repair a damaged window sill on the outside of the house.

The window sill edge about 1" from the face is crumbling away, can i repair this withou taking the window frame out ??

Please note this is the wooden sill outside of the house

P.S. I have nothing to do with 'Window Care Systems', but use their products frequently to conserve existing joinery. As Tony the Frosties tiger says............It's "grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat " !
