Factory resetting Honeywell Security Galaxy 2-20 C020

Hi,

I moved to a new house and it is installed with Honeywell Security Galaxy 2-20 C020. The deed was executed by a third-party and they didn't pass the security code. It was under ADT contract and when contacted they said the contract has been expired. I am looking for help on resetting the system and reprogram it.

I followed the steps as below,

Power down the system, removed the battery, removed the panel cover, the siren gone on for about 10 mins (apologised to neighbours)
Removed the existing connection on Tamper(T)
Removed the existing connection on 0V
Removed the existing connections on Zone1
Connected Tamper(T) and 0V with a wire
Looped Zone1 with a wire
Put the panel screw in place(Just the screw, not the cover)
Reconnected battery and switch on AC connection

On the display unit says "Alert Enter Your Code"
Tried 1234 and 12345 and presses A, not seem to be reset, any help on this is greatly appreciated. I have attached a photo more details,

Afternoon all, i'm having the same issue with my alarm panel and tried what Gerorge has, to no joy. Would you be able point me in the right direction? Thanks Dan
