Huge thanks to you for helping me out - I posted a topic last w/e about problems with the boiler not kicking in when the heating was turned on (using a digistat rf1 and SCR) and you helpfully pointed me to a thread you had posted to saying that it was a switch within the SCR not working. New SCR fitted a couple of days back and heating back on and working fine, ideal. New RF1 and SCR cost me £50 and nothing to fit so not only was your advice sound but saved me having to get somebody out to confirm.

Thanks for helping out.

I am glad that we have been able to help on this occasion.

Rather then starting a new topic it would have been better to add to the original one. Keeps it all together!

We? WE? What's all this reflected glory bit?

.........on this occasion.

Are you indicating that help is unlikely for another occasion?

(Damn, sounding like Softus here  )
