Hello, we had our windows fitted about 4 years ago and since 4 of the units have steamed up/failed, the company that fitted them has since gone bust, I have rang FENSA and they couldn't do anything. I have found out the fitting company purchased their glass from another company which is still in business.

What are my options please?

This is why dgcos and tgo by fensa have been set up, most warranties are not worth anything but companies who are members of the mentioned schemes offer insurance backed, and if the installation companies go bust the consumer can go to the schemes and they will send out another company

Put a claim in on your IBG, you will be asked to send any relevant paperwork to them including the IBG itself so they can check it matches the copy they hold on file, if the IBG covers blown units within the said time frame they will ask you to obtain 3 quotes and submit them OR they will use their own approved contractor, bit of a faf i know but you know how insurance companies work.

You could always just get them done yourself
