do upvc doors come under the fensa conditions as regard being fitted ,as windows I believe now do. Also do guarantees require doors to be fitted by fensa approved fitters.

Replacement doors and windows can be fitted by FENSA registered installers without inspection by the local authority building control.

If the windows/doors are fitted by someone not registered with FENSA then an application and inspections by the local authority are necessary

Either way any guarantee provided by the manufacturer/installer would be unaffected (unless specifically stated - which i would find surprising)
