I have a combi boiler (A Ferroli Modena 80E) that I believe may not have been installed or functioning correctly.
When I draw hot water from an outlet any other hot water outlet will be starved, for example if I'm using my thermostatic shower and somebody uses a hot water tap the shower flow nearly stops with only a drizzle of cold water coming out (if I'm having a cold shower and someone uses a cold tap there is no reduction)
The hot water pressure does not seem as good as our cold. Furthermore after varying degrees of time the hot water seems to virtually stop altogether (the flow remains but the temperature does not even get to warm).
I've only lived in the house for about 2 months; I believe the system is about 2 years old.
Any ideas of what the problem may be?
