(ferroli optima )boiler going over pressure after heating

can any body give me advice my boiler(ferroli optima )is going over pressure 3 bar after c/h has been on for short while and needs to be refilled once cold again(1.5) bar ?

Expansion vessel flat. Needs pumping up with a tyre pump like a car tyre.
