I have at present an empty bathroom as all stripped out ready to fix bathroom suite and then wall tile and decorate

As I am laying LAMINATE flooring and Ceramic Wall Tiles, is it better to lay the Flooring and Tile to the floor THEN fix Skirting Board which would do way with the laminate expansion edging strip, or is wiser to FIX SKIRTING FIRST and Wall Tile and Laminate Floor to the Skirting

i would personaly tille first then lay the laminate fix skirting
saves you cutting round every thing
then your toilet ect then if you need to change any of the sanitry ware
you dont have to worry about gaps where the sanitry ware is slightly
differant profile

big all

If you lay your laminate first with a 10mm expansion gap then your skirting so it is only a fraction above the laminate then you will have no need for a covering strip
