Fitting a cat flap in an aluminium door.

I've done a search and all the cat flap-related queries are to do with UPVC doors with two panels.

What about the older aluminium/metal doors. Is it possible to remove the lower section of glass and cut a hole in it or replace it with a different material ?

Hi

Not an easy job to do in aluminum doors.

aluminium doors are usually built around the glass,not impossible to do but definatley not your average diy job
