Gable end - estimate

Hi,

Is anyone able to give a rough estimate for converting this roof to a gable end as shown? (Just the roofing work, not any internal work).

I am looking to convert the attic to a loft room, and would need the roof done, to increase the space and allow the second flight of stairs to be built.

In Hampshire, near Southampton.

What about the brickwork to bring up the gable?

A rough idea for the roof and timber work £5900

Yes, to include brick work as well. Basically, all work to the outside and roof.
