Hi,
We have built a wooden framed outbuiding/garage of approx 700 sq ft.
It is built with 6x6 pressure treated posts with 6x2 joists then 3x2 pearlings to support the box section metal roof panels. The panels are galvanised not plastic coated.
The floor is concrete and has visqene underneath, the walls are hardwood exterior grade plywood.
The doors are timber frame/plywood and have a gap at the bottom to combat the outside slope on the drive and to create some ventilation.
The roof in this weather is wet through, dripping.
What could I do to prevent this ?
