Gas cooker labelling gone

Got a gas cooker that is fully working, but well used. The labelling on the knobs relating to the burners has almost worn off. Any ideas on how to make a decent job of relabelling them?

doesnt the manufactuers instructions have an address for spares , new nobs maybe ..lol

The knobs are actually OK, it is the labelling above them, which knob refers to which ring that is mostly gone. Using the trial and error method at the moment!!
