I have a GE "power plus" dishwasher, about 7 years old. My wife recently informed me that the dishes are not getting cleaned any longer. The only information I can get from my wife, is that the soap container still has soap in it after the dishwasher runs, and that "it appears it is washing from the bottom, but not from the top".
With that said, is there a fixed list of things to check / clean with a dishwasher, knowing the soap doesn't seem to be flowing properly? I know nothing about appliances. This sounds like a common sense kind of thing - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
