Getting old messages off mobile phone

Hi,

maybe a wild question, but does anyone know how you can get old messages off a mobile phone you no longer have?

Old phone and sim card was run over by accident at work with fork lift truck, but i know there are still messages coming into the phone that i need to access.

Anyone?

 

Contact your phone co and get a new phone, have your old number transferred to it. If the old phone is not receiving the messages, they will be stacked up by the network for a while and will be delivered to the new phone when you switch it on.


Or if you can recover the Sim card out of the mangled wreck, put that in another phone and it will receive the messages.

 

Cheers pal. Wasn't aware that your phone company would issue new sim cards though?
