Getting Zs down

Hi On a circuit with a type c mcb wired in 10 mm t&e cable to get the Zs down for the type c when calculating I can use a 10 mm cpc. Is it permissable to use the 4mm in the t&e with an additional 6mm ?? or will I have to run in a seperate 10mm cable.

can't see why not, supplementry CPCs are used with big SWA runs all the time.

You can supplement, but if you are putting an additional one in, I would as a rule, ignore the one in the cable (still connect it).

What MCB size?

30= 0.64
32= 0.60
45= 0.42 Ohms MAX.
