Hi

Will shortly be attempting to tile the bathroom using these glass tiles

http://www.decorumtilestudio.co.uk/indian-summer.html

Fortunately it’s only a relatively small area, but at £180 per square meter don’t really want to make a cock up of it.

Have done a bit of tiling before using normal ceramic tiles.

Do glass tiles have any special requirements with regard to fixing/grouting and cutting in comparison to ceramic tiles and what’s the best way to drill them to enable the fixing of such things as the soap dish.

Thanks :)

hi

i've used glass tiles in my bathroom. As far as fixing them, I was advised by the tile shop I bought them from to use a mastic adhesive as they are smooth on the back.

i'm interested to hear about cutting them, as I've a cut to do.
