Graffiti Removal - Any Tips?

I need to remove some graffiti from a brick wall at my place of work. The graffiti is a few years old and has faded. It is in white paint and the brick is dark brown and porous.

What's the best way to remove this graffiti?
 
acording to "life of grime" they use grafiti removal stuff thats caustic, but they didnt say what it is :cry:
