Ground Floor Chimney Breast Removed - Support or Rebuild

Hi, we have found out the in the house we are planning to buy the chimney breasts that have been removed from the ground floor rooms have not been supported properly, can anyone tell me if it is easier/cheaper to either support them properly or to just rebuild them? I have no idea of costs.

It would be best to mention this to your solicitor before buying it to make sure it has BCO approval. If not,the last owner is responsible to put it right or they pay you to correct it.
