I have an outside balcony that has concrete paving stones effectively forming a basin so that rain water collects and runs off into the drain pipe. There is a bit of damp below the balcony and I want to seal between the stones to eliminate this as a possible source of damp. What grout or mortar should i use to seal between the slabs?? Any advice welcome.
