Halstead finest gold no ch or hw

Had a bath last night, this morning no HW, Turned it off at the mains then turned back on after a few mins, fan runs but no pump then red lock out. metered across pins 14&15 no voltage

Checked fuse that's ok. Do that mean i need a new pcb

Are there any other tests i should/can do

ok went back to double check things & i noticed that when i switched the boiler on the switch on the end of the brass fitting wasn't moving, so i inserted a tool to make the switch contact & the boiler fired up

I moved the plunger about re-connected the switch & now everything seems fine
