halstead quatro gold pump starts no power too fan

hi ,
have problem in that when heating or hot water selected pump starts and runs ok but fan will not start checked with meter no power coming off ignition board to fan checked pump over run therm ok, over heat ok ,no lockout ,frost protection ok,diverter flow sw's ok, has anyone got any suggestions

well since you gone into the combustion chamber i suggest you get a gas engineer to have a look
