    That is 90C PVC heat resistant flex.
    As compared to the usual 70C PVC version.

    'V2' in the code is what designates it as 90C PVC.
    It's repeated as it's V2 for the insulation and V2 for the outer sheath.

    So it’s the code that denotes the temperature and whether it’s heat resistant or not?

    Thanks it didn't seem as thick as the heat resistant stuff they sell now or the stuff I have seen. Thanks again!

    Well it's pretty lightweight, good for up to 6amps depending on conditions....
