Heating pressure?

Almost embarrassed to ask such a simple question, but you guys are SO helpful… I’ve just noticed the little pressure gauge on my heating system is sitting about 0.75 bar – I’m sure it used to be over 1.0.

Pretty sure I don't have any leaks in rads etc, so not too worried… but should it be higher than this? Should I let a little water in?
