Any advice please.
Boiler is : Suprima 60
Room thermo is : danfuss TP5

my central heating is staying on all the time.

the thermostat is set correctly & throughout the day it changes its temp as set.

problem is the boiler doesn't seem to take any notice of this.

The thermostat is set to reach 25 when on & then back down to 12 when off.
The boiler seems to stay at 25 all the time, even when the thermostat shows its back down to 12.

This did work for about 3 weeks.

the boiler has a reset button, which i've tried, but still comes on straight away.

How can i turn the whole thing off?

I was told that i cant turn off, only turn down?

Any advise please as im melting away

Turn your stat down to 18 degrees.

Your stat is probably located in a cold place or somwhere where temp is being affected by the opening of front door etc so that it never gets up to set temp.

You could have Trvs fitted to most of your rads which will shut rad down at set temps.

Your stat could be knackered though :(

Do you have 2 x 2 port valves probably in the airing cupboard?
