Hi
Hope someone here can advise.
I wish to replace my broken Danfoss 4033 MKIII with a new controller and have purchased a FP715 replacement.
However when looking at the wiring diagram on the Danfoss website in order to identify the current setup I noticed that mine is not wired as they say it should be.
They say
1 - DHW Com
2 - Htg On
3 - Htg Off
4 - DHW On
5 - DHW off
6 - Live (2 wires, one mains and one to Htg Circuit)
7 - Neutral
8 - Earth
This can be seen in the bottom picture here:

However, here's the problem. Currently mine is wired as follows:
1 - Linked by wire across to 6 (Live)
2 - Red Wire (presumably Htg On?)
3 - Empty
4 - Yellow (DHW On?)
5 - Blue (DHW Off?)
6 - Incoming Live and wire from 1
7 - 1 x Black (?), 1 x Blue (Neutral)
8 - Earth
My boiler is a 3* 6270, with gravity fed hot water tank above.
Can anyone help identifying why there is a link across form terminal 1 - 6, and/or why there is an extra wire in terminal 7?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks
