HELP

I am a newby to tiling, so please excuse my ignorance. But I have just laid a high gloss black porcelain floor. I am sure that I was told to "clean, grout, clean, seal the floor. But after cleaning and grouting the floor, and giving it a second clean before sealing it I noticed that a few of the tiles had gone a bit smoky in appearance. I even went back to Topps tiles to tell them about my problem and they told me to try their Fila stone stripper. This made no difference at all. So apart from breaking out the tiles and re laying the 11 effected tiles, I don't know what to do. HELP.

Signed desperate

O wow have I dropped a boxxock then. It looks like digging them out and a re-lay of 11 tiles. Why the others haven't been effected I don't know.
