Honeywell Galaxy G2 Battery Fail

Hi

I am trying to clear a backup battery error that is displaying on my alarm.

I have replaced battery and the battery fuse with new but has made no difference, display still shows battery fail when setting the alarm.

Any ideas what else i can check or do?

Problem sorted.....fault cleared after 30 mins

Also you could go into engineer mode go into option 51 parameters and there is an option restart gets rid of errors
