Hallo.Need some information for pricing.A large shed is being built in my garden and i need a fuse board in it for sockets lighting and supply for a hot tub.
10mm swa is being run to the shed

#1-Theres a 63a Buiders supply with 50a mcb already there/unused feed by meter tails from henly block,is this ok to feed the new non-rcd CU in the shed in 10mm swa?
Hot tub=16a
Lighting=3a max
Sockets=5-10a

#2-should the CU in shed be rcd protected and swa protected by switchfuse fed by meter tails instead of rcd?

Hope this makes sense thanks!!

The submain to the shed needs to be isolatable and overload protected from its source, either by an RCD/MCB combo or a switchfuse or a plain MCB (the RCD can go at either end but its more convenient at the outhouse end for local reseting). If the builders supply you speak of is in the house, use this and do as you say.

Run a 20 amp radial for the sockets in the shed, and a 5 amp lighting radial.

This work is very notifiable to your local building control.
