Hot water but not heating....

I've had to have my house completely rewired and the heating side got done today... I have extremely hot water now but the radiators will not come on.... It's some extremely old baxi boiler I have with a thermostat (Honeywell) in the back room and one of them (sorry to sound thick) Honeywell heating/hot water clocks were the tank is... Any ideas?

Did both work ok before the re-wire? You like the word extremely I see.

Haha I do indeed!

Yeah both worked perfectly fine... Has been off for over a week if that would make a difference.

The heating should be on now and the boiler has fired up but still nothing... This is the old bird....

Has the wiring to the thermostat on the hot tank been replaced?

I know part of it as but can't say if that part has been. I keep hearing like a gurgling noise now.

Get the electrician back to sort it obviously something not wired correctly
