Hot Water, No Heating

I have a Heatline compact S24. It's been fine for the last 9 months since I moved in, but now the heating doesn't come on. The hot water is fine, and gets to full temperature.
Boiler pressure is fine, radiators were bled a few weeks ago but from nowhere the heating won't respond. I've tried turning it right off and on again (worked in the last house!) but still nothing. Is this some circuit board problem with the timers or is there another answer?

If you do a search thru' the forum you will find this is very common problem.
It sounds like a divertor valve fault.
