Hot water pressure

Just tee'd into the bath hot & cold for my mixer shower but now the hot water pressure is bad.

Worcester cd37 combi boiler in the garage which is under my kitchen and the pipes I was working on are above boiler height.

I turned the water off, opened the taps, cut the pipes, tee'd off with 15mm.

Now the hot water pressure is near non existent.

Any Ideas?

If I leave it for a while there is some pressure but after the tap has ran for 30 seconds it starts to drop flow rate to slow

In fact, the cold is doing it as well

Forget it, it was me being stupid!

I just cracked open the stopcock so the open taps wouldn't run fast.....
