Hotpoint Aquarius WF541 washing machine brushes help!

Hi all...

I'm having issues with my hotpoint washing machine. I was getting a loud banging noise when using so I have attempted to replace the brushes. I took the motor out, replaced the brushes and put everything back together. Just tried to use it but the water is not filling up now? There is water pressure there but its not going into the machine. Nothing happens when I try to run it.

Is it possible that I have no wired it up properly?
