Hotpoint FDW60 not draining

It works fine until it comes to the drain cycle then nothing, no sound even. It will drain manually - it's not blocked. No warning lights, controls work as normal. Have tried tilting it, disconnecting from supply. If I drain manually it works fine again till drain part of cycle. Anyone help please?

Have you taken of the drain pump and checked the impellor. If it's jammed it will still drain but no noise.

I checked the drain pump, found the electric cable had come off, replaced it, started up again. Now the drain pump seems to run but it doesn't fill up now! Eco green light flashes

Now you have water in the base. Tip it forward with some towels check what u did cos it's now leaking. Poss from the pump , did u put O ring back on the pump face.
