how much to fix garage roof?

My garage roof has a few large holes in. It's a flat felt roof, supported by wooden beams. I expect the entire roof, possibly beams as well will need replacing. It's a single size garage, large enough to fit a car.

How much would i expect to pay to get this repaired?

Live in South England in case that makes a difference to the price.

The beams in the photo look fine. Why not DIY, it's not difficult? All of that material needs to be removed and replaced with 'something'.

I would suggest modern corrugated galv and painted metal box section corrugated sheets. You could cover a smallish garage for around £150 and it will last for many decades.

I've had a single quote... £1,380. It was much higher than i expected. I was thinking the quote would be half that.

Yes, that is the stuff. You would also need the special screws/bolts to fix them. Unlike normal corrugated, the box section fix at the bottom of the channel, so the bolts need to seal completely.
