How to locate a leak

Heyall,
1. How do I locate a suspected leak in central heating?
2. If a radiator requires frequent bleeding does that mean there is a leak in the system before that rad or would that rad has a leak?

If it's an old system, that rad could be filling with hydrogen, put a match to it when bleeding.

It means air is getting into the system.

Could be a leak or a system problem, most likely the later.
