Is there a way to unclip or lift off the left side of this curtain track without unscrewing it?

Unusually, grommet curtains are supposed to be slid on it as the owner wants nothing detached or added to the wall (curtain pole).

Please see the curtain track pictures:

looks sturdy although nothing new has been hung on it for a long while.

Zoom out from that third pic, so that we can see things in context.

From what I can see, it looks like a curtain track, with pull cords to open and close them - not really suited to curtains 'grommets in them'. The 'grommet type' are designed to be fitted on a pole. The only way to fit then, would be on a pole. Not too difficult, the fixing are already there, just remove the track, and replace with the pole brackets.

That curtain track is only suitable for 'Wallace' curtains...

@Harry Bloomfield It is a thin curtain track rail, the property owner wants no drilling. The curtain seller said the diameter of the grommets is wide enough to slide across the thin track, although unusual.

Is there any way to open up the left side (pictured) without unscrewing from the wall?
Confused , can’t see a curtain pole and what are grommet curtains?
Eyelet = Grommet curtains.

Unlikely you will get eyelet curtains on that rail. The screw in the end releases it from the wall bracket .

Thank you but will try first. Which screw? The one on the outside that's flush (Picture 2), or the inside one sticking out (Picture 3)?
How does it release?

That looks like a type sold by John Lewis?
I have that and there are mid track supports so nothing can be slid along the track.
the track has runners hanging down below

There are no mid track supports, it's a thin rail attached at both ends only.

Screw in the slot , loosen to allow track to move in/out from wall and remove to allow disconnection .

Remove the screw at A to allow the rail to be pulled forward, BUT, the parts at B have no obvious way to disconnect from the rail and look too big for the curtain eyelets to go over.
