hei there, got some question to need your help if u are able to help me..

I have a ligthing circuit, there is supply going through the ballast, starter, capactior and etc...but the fluroscent tube is not lighted up. when I used my hand to touch the tube, it just have only a very dim lighting. can u tell me why. I suspect it the switch that result to this. or izzit other possiblitly. And why causes this. thk!

If the tube is black at either or both ends its time to get a new tube. another possibilty is the "starter" they too "wear out" and may need replacing, but most likely its the tube
