Filling the boiler up with water to 1 bar then when boiler fires up water is coming out of pressure release valve, emptying it of the water, help any solutions already replaced pressure release valve and vessel. Boiler is 8years old but has always had this problem can you help?

As above, especially as it's been doing it since it's been installed. Try draining a rad so it's half full of air, if that cures it then you need a bigger expansion vessel.
